Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industrys standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

How Does Ozone Pollution Affect Ecosystems and the Environment?

Ozone pollution can damage vegetation and ecosystems within and downwind of cities. For instance, ground-level ozone interferes with the ability of plants to grow and store food.

Ozone also can damaged the foliage of trees and other vegetation, tarnishing the visual appeal of ornamental species and urban green spaces. In addition, ozone transported downwind of cities can reduce crop and forest yields. This makes more susceptible to disease, insects, other pollutants and harsh weather.

What Health Effects Are Associated with Ozone Exposure?

Exposure to ambient ozone, even at low levels, may trigger a variety of health problems, especially in vulnerable populations such as children, the elderly, and those with pre-existing respiratory disease.
There are specific health effects associated with ozone exposure. The specific health effects include:
  • Ozone can irritate lung airways and cause inflammation;
  • Repeated exposure to ozone pollution for several months may cause permanent lung damage;
  • Even low-level exposure can result in aggravated asthma, reduced lung capacity, and increased susceptibility to respiratory illnesses; and
  • Studies have linked hospital admissions and emergency room visits to ground-level ozone exposure.

Ozone pollution can harm urban trees and other vegetation.

How Does Excessive Heat Affect Human Health?

Do you know that the heat can effected human health?? Actually, extremely hot weather can result in illness – including physiological disruptions and organ damage – and even death. Excessive heat events, or abrupt and dramatic temperature increases, are particularly dangerous and can result in above-average rates of mortality.

Ozone forms when precursor compounds react in the presence of sunlight and high temperatures.

Heat, Health & Environment

Heat, Health & Environment

Hello everyone!! Here we try to discuss about the heat islands, do you know what heat islands is? Now, compared to rural areas, cities experience higher rates of heat-related illness and death. The heat island effect is one factor among several that can raise summertime temperatures to levels that pose a threat to public health.
Other factors that contribute to heat-related illness and death in urban areas are
§         pre-existing health conditions
§         access to air conditioning
§          population age
§         within-season temperature variation.

Ozone pollution, which can form in the presence of heat, affects human health.
Under certain conditions, "excessive heat" also can increase the rate of ground-level ozone formation, or smog, presenting an additional threat to health and ecosystems within and downwind of cities.

Green Economy

Hey guys, today we would like to share with all of you about the green economy. Hove you heard about that?

'Green' economy is a fast growing new economic development model in contrast to the existing 'black' economic model based on fossil fuels, such as coal, petroleum, and natural gas. The green economy is based on knowledge of Ecological economics that aims at addressing the interdependence of human economies and natural ecosystem and the adverse impact of human economic activities on climate change and global warming. Green economy includes green energy generation based on renewable energy to substitute for fossil fuels and conservation for efficient energy use. The green economy is considered being able to both create green jobs, ensure real, sustainable economic growth, and prevent environmental pollution, global warming, resource depletion, and environmental degradation.

So, this is how the green economy takes place and this is how scientist and the economist now try to do all these things in order to save the environment in other world the other alternative to save environment.
We hope by this information, you guys can think further why we need to save the environment. All people I the world try harder to achieve this mission so why don’t think this way? HELP THE WORLD!!!

The Effect of Global Warming:Ice Melting???

Hello friend!!Hope your are in pink of health. As usual, we would like to share with all you about the current issue regarding the effect of global warming toward our Earth.Do you know what are the effect of global warming? As we know, nowadays all people around the world talk about the increasing of water at ocean. This is because ice had been melted at the North pole.Let explore this topic together.

Actually, global warming cause the increasing of greenhouse gas emission. It also caused the increasing of carbon gases which are from water vapor, carbon dioxide ,and carbon monoxide.

Due to global warming, reduction of ice in the coming decade will be more dramatic. This is because when the ice melts, the ocean will send more heat to the North pole and the vast open water will absorb more sunlight and consequently accelerate the process of melting ice.

How to overcome ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION !!!

Nowadays, we need to look further to save the environment from dangers of pollution.
There are some countermeasure that we can taken to tackle pollution.

The steps that can be taken are:

a.prohibits burning of garbage in the open area.
b.enforce laws to control the release of toxic gases from factories and vehicles.
c.build factories far from residential areas.
d.control  of construction activities, mining and logging.
e.the public to be aware of environmental hygiene.
f.carry out the process of recycling waste materials.
